The magic of new beginnings. A new year. So many new opportunities. While we can start fresh every day, the beginning of the year always holds a special magic. What limiting belief do you want to leave behind or rather modify into an empowering one? We will work with one area of your life (which each of you will choose individually) where you would like to change your limiting into an empowering belief for your life on a conscious level at the beginning of the session. Then dive into your subconscious through the transformative breathwork journey and see what else there is to let go of or start a new beginning in.
