Expand, unfold, bloom. Unleash yourself from your own doubts, hindering beliefs and what you or others think you "should do". Open up to the possibility that every moment holds, open up your mind, body and soul to the magic that each breath and blink of an eye holds. This session will be a deep dive into your heart, maybe let you break free from the limitations you have put upon yourself and widen your horizon into pure opportunity and bliss. Unleash your true inner power and realize there is endless abundance of options, paths and actions you can take.

✺ General Infos

Open to all levels, 2 hour session including introduction to breathwork and a full breathwork session with music. Limited spots, booking is essential. We will be a small, intimate group with maximum of 9 people.
