We will be ✍️ journaling and consciously reflecting on what has happened throughout the year. There will be an open, safe room for reflection, introspection and questioning, looking back at the last year. Whether it's the first time for you to make this kind of ritual or you have a yearly practice, we will go deep – as deep as you want to. We will view the past year from a neutral standpoint –  yet with a growth mindset – connecting the red dots, making amends and peace with the challenges it held, and reflecting on how far we have come and what we have overcome.

In between there will be some 🧘‍♀️ guided meditation, ✨ short embodiment exercises of a few minutes, 👁️ visualization and a 💨 short breathwork part that…
