What we do on a daily basis, even if it is just for a minute, impacts where we will end up on the big picture. Implementing micro habits has been a game changer for my mental and physical fitness and business. In this session we will: ✓ determine which area of your life could benefit most from tiny changes – my area of expertise focuses mainly on mental and physical fitness but can also be applied to overall lifestyle changes ✓ what are the easiest ways to implement habits that work personally for you ✓ creative and easy hacks on actually doing those habits
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours in advance, rescheduling up to 48 hours in advance.
