Unlike last year‘s edition, which was focused around introducing a lot of different breathwork styles to you, this year will be focused more on a daily inward connection through meditation fused with breathwork. The focus this year will be less on experiencing different breathwork styles and rather on connecting inward, feeling, stepping into your center and your power and establishing this strong connection in 24 days.
