It is time to harvest what you've planted this spring/year, to reconsider, to be grateful for everything that you have created and experienced this year as well as to dive into some acceptance into where you are standing and things that are currently not going as you want to in your life, where you're not "quite yet" where you want to be.

This will be your invitation to harvest, look back, dive into gratefulness for all that you have and reconsider where you can tweak and adjust.

Open to all levels, including full breathwork session with music. There will be a little impulse talk on the topic and some work around it [maybe journaling, embodiment exercise or meditation] and a full breathwork with around 45 min active breathing and a 10 min relaxation and integration phase.
