This session will be your invitation to play again, to see your life as this big colorful bold experiment and just creatively play around with everything that it holds. No limits, no rules – only freely dreaming, flowing, playing around with concepts, getting inspired and maybe finding unusual and never-thought-of approaches for your life. Or simply the awareness that it is all play, that with a new-found lightness and gratitude everything shifts within us and maybe also outside of us s a result or how we see the world.

Open to all levels, including full breathwork session with music. There will be a little impulse talk on the topic and some work around it [maybe journaling, embodiment exercise or meditation] and a full breathwork with around 45 min active breathing and a 10 min relaxation and integration phase.
