Doubts can sometimes so easily start creeping in and they often happen when we get too much into our heads, overthink, overanalyze. This sessions will be here to help you reconnect with your body, ground yourself in this present moment, and dive into trust – trust of your unique journey, trust into life and the process, trust in your abilities, this deep, nourishing, calming, safe feeling of complete trust.

General Infos

Open to all levels, 60 minute session including short impulse talk and a full breathwork session (around 35 min active breathing) with music. 

Upon booking you will receive an 18-minute introduction video into the breathwork technique, potential effects and reactions during the session, how to setup your space etc –  which is essential to watch before the event. I will not be explaining the technique during the live session as we have a lot of repeated breathers, everything…
