This session will be a deep dive into your heart, maybe let you break free from the limitations you have put upon yourself and widen your horizon into pure opportunity and bliss.

Open to all levels, 2 hour session including introduction to breathwork and a full breathwork session with music. Limited spots, booking or reservation is essential.
