Breathing into bliss, a flow state, ultimate presence. Letting everything fall away, dropping into the present moment, flowing with whatever comes up, letting the breath guide you deep within and reconnecting your truest essence. This session will be focused all around coming back to yourself and leading yourself into your personal bliss state by changing the chemistry in your body through breath.

Open to all levels, 90 minute session including introduction to breathwork and a full breathwork session with music. Limited spots, booking or reservation is essential.
