We will focus on letting go whatever is weighing us down, holding us back, shaking it all off, finally releasing the grip on those old stories, memories and parts of ourselves that might hold us back. Making space for the new to enter our lives. This session will be here to release, shed layers through a bit of movement and a deep dive breathwork journey –  to reset, open our hearts and minds to new possibility, ideas and the magic that everyday life might hold for us.
