In this session the invitation is to dive into deep trust for your own unique journey. Reconnect to your inner compass that is guiding you through life.  Acknowledge and really lean into that feeling of how far you've already come, celebrate your progress and build strength and unshakeable purpose for the next steps to come on your path. 

✺ General Infos

Open to all levels, 2 hour session including introduction to breathwork and a full breathwork session with music. Limited spots, booking is essential. We will be a small, intimate group with maximum of 9 people.
