About the event

Workshop Structure

Tools: guided journaling, meditation, embodiment, visualization, breathwork

Focus: Reflection ✺ Letting Go  ✺ Learning & Growing

We will be ✍️ journaling and consciously reflecting on what has happened throughout the year. There will be an open, safe room for reflection, introspection and questioning, looking back at the last year. Whether it's the first time for you to make this kind of ritual or you have a yearly practice, we will go deep – as deep as you want to. We will view the past year from a neutral standpoint –  yet with a growth mindset – connecting the red dots, making amends and peace with the challenges it held, and reflecting on how far we have come and what we have overcome.

In between there will be some 🧘‍♀️ guided meditation, ✨ short embodiment exercises of a few minutes, 👁️ visualization and a 💨 short breathwork part that is open to all levels (not a full session, depending on how much time we need for the rest it will be around 15-30 minutes long).

This end-of-the-year practice is for you, if:

  • you had a challenging year or you are feeling tense about where you are standing right now in life
  • you feel like there are a lot of tabs open at the moment and feel uneasy about it
  • you feel like you have done a lot of healing work/transformation but haven’t quite integrated it yet
  • you are unhappy with your progress at the moment
  • you simply like to close off this chapter and year in a beautiful way

Bring comfy clothes, your favorite tea/hot drink/some water and something warm to put on during the breathwork. You will be provided with everything you need for the journalling part, however, if you do have a journalling practice you can of course bring your own journal.
