A private 2-hour online breathwork session designed to help you release emotional tension, regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and gain clarity. Each session is tailored to what you are currently moving through – whether that’s stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, heartbreak, feeling stuck, low self-worth, overthinking, difficulty letting go, or simply the feeling that something in your life needs to shift. The session combines active breathwork, music, meditation, visualization, grounding, nervous system regulation, and integration to support emotional processing and lasting transformation – all from the comfort of your home via Zoom. ✺ What’s Included – Private 2-hour Zoom session – Personalized breathwork journey based on your needs and goals – Guided active breathing practice with curated music – Meditation, visualization, grounding & integration – Pre-session questionnaire to personalize your experience – Introductory video explaining the breathing technique The breathwork style, playlist, pacing, and structure of the session are adapted specifically to you and the topic you would like to work on. ✺ What to Expect We begin with a short conversation about what is currently present in your life and what you would like support with. This helps create a session that is aligned with your emotional, mental, and physical state. The active breathwork journey lasts around 30-45 min and is guided live with carefully selected music. Through conscious connected breathing, the body is able to release stored stress, emotional tension, and subconscious patterns while creating space for clarity, emotional release, insight, and reconnection. After the active breathing practice, you’ll be guided into meditation, visualization, relaxation, and integration before closing the session with grounding and reflection. Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations are only possible via email to hi@spark-your-fire.com. – The following cancellation fees apply: > More than 30 days before the session: 20% of the total price > 15–29 days before the session: 40% of the total price > 7–14 days before the session: 60% of the total price > Less than 7 days before the session: 100% of the total price – Clients may request to reschedule their session up to 14 days before the appointment by emailing hi@spark-your-fire.com. – Rescheduling is subject to availability and agreement, and cannot be guaranteed.
