This mentoring session will be here for you to ask all the questions and pick my brain on wherever you’re at. You will prepare the questions and topics you want guidance on and we will have a conversation but also some moments to go inward, from head to heart, and maybe integrate some short breathwork/grounding/meditation/embodiment practices. _____________ ✺ About my background and areas of expertise: I’ve been a digital nomad since 2016 and quit my job as a graphic designer to follow my big passion, kitesurfing, and work remotely from windy sunny kitesurf spots. My goal has been to „wake up stoked“ which is also the name of my Kitesurf blog. Ever since I’ve been living as a digital nomad at various home bases. In 2019 after heartbreak and a kitesurf accident I discovered breathwork at one of my lowest points – and was so blown away by how it changed my life that I shifted my career towards this field. _____________ ✺ I am passionate about: ✨ kitesurfing, breathwork, ice baths, digital nomad life, slow traveling, conscious lifestyle ✨ creating my own blueprint and lifestyle that makes you wake up stoked (and reevaluating as well as tweaking this whenever I feel the need to) – and inspiring others to do so as well ✨ creating a life with my own rules and values ✨ living an active, healthy lifestyle with a background in functional medicine/biohacking ✨ I love micro-changes and implementing easy small habits for big shifts ✨ navigating life’s challenges and seeing how every major „negative“ life event for me turned out to be a catalyst for personal growth. Seeing the obstacle as the way and guiding myself and others from the biggest pain back into our true power
